The team gathered around Jean-René Matignon works in collaboration with different properties from one vintage to the next in search of the best terroirs in Bordeaux. The objective is to is to offer a maximum of diversity to the selected wines.

The different batches selected by Jean-René Matignon are all vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity character of the wine. The richness on the palate that we are trying to that we seek to obtain in CAP ROYAL is manifested through a smooth texture enhanced by by vanilla notes brought by the ageing in oak barrels.
